About the Position
The APS5 Finance Officer will provide essential finance and procurement support to a federal government team responsible for offshore resource administration. This role involves managing accounts payable, contracts, and financial records while supporting broader administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.

Duties

• Process accounts payable invoices
• Manage procurement and contracts
• Maintain financial records
• Support admin and reception tasks
• Liaise with internal stakeholders

Requirements/Skills

• 3+ years finance experience
• Government policy knowledge
• TechOne system proficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
