The Company
We’re partnering with a well-established organisation in the mining and resources sector, based in Perth’s eastern suburbs. They have an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on an ongoing basis with potential to go permanent.

The Role
You will be responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, process compliance, and effective debtor management. Key duties include:

• Processing AR invoices and receipts
• Maintaining accurate client and job records in Pronto
• Job costing and preparing related reports
• Reconciling general ledger and debtor accounts
• Monitoring debtor limits, managing overdue accounts, and recommending adjustments
• Preparing monthly debtor reports
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating AR procedures
• Assisting with other finance tasks as required

The Applicant
To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable
• Strong working knowledge of Pronto (or other large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
