About the role:
You will lead our team to ensure exceptional support for both clients and clinicians. Your professional and personable approach will guarantee superior service delivery, embodying our values of Respect, Empathy & Compassion, Connection, Equity, and Excellence
Your responsibilities will span across the below key areas;
The provision of exceptional administrative and support services to clinicians, as well as offering leadership and guidance in various support areas such as front desk, clinician, and client support.
Facilitation of effective coordination of administrative tasks, including supervision sessions, room management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Providing proactive communication and support to both internal and external stakeholders, including timely responses to inquiries, monitoring client satisfaction, and implementing continuous improvement strategies for enhanced client experience.
Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, positive and comprehensive onboard new staff, coordinate formal training opportunities aligned with employee development, and maintain a focus on employee engagement and adherence to safe work practices.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
Demonstrated minimum three (3) years’ experience as an Administrative and/or in a Team Leader role, in a professional environment
An in-depth understanding of administration/customer service management procedures and relevant legal policies
High level computer skills with computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally with CRM and Information Management Systems experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with innovative and creative thinking skills to ensure the NewPsych is providing a leading clinician and client experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of clinicians and clients.
Ability to show empathy, leadership, and clear direction.
Desirable: tertiary qualifications in Psychology.
We are looking for someone for an immediate start. Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.
