📍Wodonga | Full-time ongoing | 76 hours per fortnight
We’re seeking a highly experienced Clinical Team Manager with a strong depth of knowledge and expertise in therapeutic work and the ability to provide clinical supervision and therapeutic direction to counsellors in our growing Therapeutic team
This role is ideal for someone with extensive frontline therapeutic experience and a deep understanding of trauma-informed practice, who is now ready to lead and support others in delivering meaningful, evidence-based outcomes for children, young people, adults, and families.
At Junction Support Services, our Therapeutic and Allied Health team plays a key role in supporting recovery, resilience, and connection. You’ll work alongside the Therapeutic and Allied Health Services Manager to oversee quality clinical practice, support staff development, and ensure services align with our evidence-informed Therapeutic Framework.

đź’¬ About the Role
As Clinical Team Manager – Therapeutic Services, you will:
Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and guidance
Support and supervise therapeutic practitioners
Oversee implementation of trauma-informed interventions
Collaborate with external professionals to strengthen client outcomes
Drive evidence-informed practice aligned with Junction’s Therapeutic Framework
đź§ About You
We’re seeking a therapeutically experienced clinician first and foremost; someone who can confidently lead others while staying grounded in best-practice therapeutic work.
Key Selection Criteria:
Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Behavioural Science)
Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of high quality, evidence informed therapeutic interventions that target the goals, needs and wishes of children, young people, adults and families.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading and clinically supervising staff
Demonstrated ability to synthesise evidence and best-practice frameworks, devise formulations, and make robust therapeutic support recommendations, with the ability to effectively communicate this with staff, external professionals, and other stakeholders.
A thorough working knowledge of trauma, attachment and neurobiology frameworks and theories.
Highly developed communication skills and demonstrated ability to provide leadership of direct service in the clinical assessment and intervention of children, young people, adults and families.
Extensive knowledge of family violence, child protection and relevant legislation including MARAM.
