About the Role

As an External Audit Manager, you’ll take the lead on managing audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients — from large ASX-listed entities to complex private groups.

You’ll:

• Manage and review the work of audit teams across multiple engagements
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Provide technical guidance, ensure audit quality, and identify improvement opportunities
• Coach and mentor junior team members to help them reach their potential
• Play a key role in business development, proposals and client presentations

About You

You’re a qualified audit professional who thrives on delivering excellence and leading high-performing teams.

You’ll ideally have:

• CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in external audit within a Big 4 or mid-tier environment
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and IFRS
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• A passion for mentoring others and driving client success
