This represents an opportunity with an outstanding Top 30 Mid Tier Accounting firm that is undergoing a significant period of growth and expansion. This firm has a reputable brand that is recognized nationally. This firm provides their clients with expert service in the areas of business advisory, audit, superannuation and wealth creation.

This firm provides their audit division with great work life balance compared to other firms. The firm has also implemented market leading hybrid working conditions for their employees that is focussed on output rather than time based in the office.

POSITION

Due to growth, the position of Audit Assistant Manager has been created. Working alongside experienced Audit Partners, this position will require the successful candidate to lead a tight knit team on high quality audit engagements with clients in a diverse range of industries.

This role can also accomodate an experienced Senior Auditor who is looking to step up.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA Qualifications
• 4+ years experience from reputable Australian Public Practice Firms
• Ideally 1 year management/supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of Australian auditing principles
• Previous experience leading engagements
