The Role:
This organisation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. For the first 6 weeks, this role will be based at Gibson Island before moving into the company's new office in Fortitude Valley. Reporting into the Accounts Payable manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day Accounts Payable responsibilities across the team. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Responsible for managing the end to end process between 2,000 - 3,000 invoices a month
• Ensuring accuracy of details processed
• Manage and maintain key supplier relationships
• Maintain the accounting system to ensure accurate data entry

Your Profile

• Easy-going and dynamic communication style
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Prior experience within end to end AP or manufacturing desirable but not a must
