About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role review in January 2026. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hamilton - ideal for someone who enjoys structure and likes being part of a grounded, hardworking team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliation of large and complex supplier accounts
• Conducting V-Lookups and data analysis in Excel
• Uploading payment files to the ERP and then to the bank
• Reviewing supplier statements against contract agreements
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy across the AP function

About You

You're a detail-focused AP professional who enjoys ownership of reconciliations and payment processes. You're comfortable working in Excel and within an ERP environment, and you appreciate a workplace that values reliability and consistency.
