Due to an implementation project, we are seeking and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team on a 3-month temp basis at the Murarrie office.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Accurately coding invoices and receipting stock
• Complete daily purchase reconciliations
• Prepare and process payment runs
• Reconcile freight and consignment notes
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Assist with end of month close processes
• Manage the Inbox and deal with Supplier queries

About You
The successful applicant will have/ be,

• Experienced in full function Accounts Payable
• Intermediate Excel and able to pick up new systems
• A strong attention to detail and good communication skills
