Product Manager – Cards & Payments | Fintech Scale-Up | Sydney (Hybrid)

What you’ll do:

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of digital payment products and features across cards, real-time and account-based payments.
• Partner with engineers, compliance, and vendors to translate strategy into execution.
• Use data and customer insight to optimise performance and identify new opportunities.
• Manage key relationships with external partners, card networks, and processors.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and ensure products meet regulatory and client expectations.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in Cards (or Payments) product management within fintech and financial services.
• Strong understanding of cards, digital payments or real-time payment systems.
• Understanding on how to partner with the schemes & scheme compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business, technology, and vendor management.
• A mix of commercial and technical acumen, comfortable working in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
