My client, located in North Sydney is looking for a ‘Product & Delivery Manager’ to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Product & Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the design, delivery and continuous improvements of the companies’ lending products and operational systems. This role will suit a commercially minded product operator who enjoys a fast faced fintech environment.

Role: Product & Delivery Manager
Type: 12-month fixed-term contract
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + Super
Location: North Sydney (near public transport)
Work type: Hybrid – One day from home

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of product and system initiatives
• Translate business strategy into delivery road-maps, requirements and actionable plans
• Oversee product and system delivery life-cycles using Agile methodologies
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across product, technology and process improvements
• Drive structured change management and communication for successful adoption
• Identify and implement process automation, work-flow optimisation and data-driven enhancements
• Partner with operations and technology teams to achieve best outcomes
• Lead and coach a small, high -performing team of business analysts and delivery specialists

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in product management, product operations or delivery leadership within financial services, fin-tech or technology-led organisations
• Leadership experience
• Strong understanding of process design, automation and data-driven decision making
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline
• Someone that is resilient, curious and commercially minded
