As Senior Manager - Quality you’ll report directly to the Head of Quality and Safeguarding and lead a team of Clinical & Quality Specialists. You’ll play a key role in improving how care is delivered, ensuring quality, safety, and innovation remain at the centre of everything they do.

You bring deep clinical expertise and a genuine passion for improvement and innovation. Comfortable navigating complexity, you’re driven to shape safer, better, and more person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of Clinical & Quality Specialists.
• Oversee clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive transformation and embed best-practice systems and processes.
• Translate legislation and compliance frameworks into practical, people-focused solutions.
• Lead quality and risk-related meetings, workshops, and advisory forums.
• Partner with senior leadership to balance safety, innovation, and organisational goals.

What You’ll Bring

• AHPRA registration (Nursing).
• Experience in clinical governance, risk, and quality improvement.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confidence in preparing reports and presenting to senior leadership.
