Our client, a Federal Government entity that enables Defence to fight and win in the digital age are seeking a Project Scheduler.

About the role - Project Scheduler

The Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed delivery schedules, tracking dependencies, and providing visibility across project milestones to support effective planning and execution.

Duties - Project Scheduler

• Develop and manage project schedules, providing weekly reporting and updates to the Project Manager
• Capture and maintain internal and external dependencies within the schedule to support integrated planning
• Create and maintain a high-level milestone view across all projects under the program

Skills / Experience - Project Scheduler

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Project and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proven proficiency in Service Now project portal
• Experience managing schedules in complex ICT or transformation programs
