3 Month Contract | Immediate Start | Work Vehicle Provided

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a leading civil contractor working across major subdivision and land development projects.

This 3 month contract is offering a balanced 50/50 split between office and site-based work and the chance to contribute to high-profile projects with an established team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support site teams in implementing and maintaining WHS management systems.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across active subdivision and land development sites.
• Provide safety guidance, training, and incident support to supervisors and project teams.
• Assist with compliance documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Proven experience in civil construction, particularly subdivision and land development projects.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and practical safety application on site.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across multiple project locations.
