The role:
Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for a new EA to both support the CEO and a busy technical team. With further growth and expansion planned, this is an exciting time to join.
You'll provide high level administrative support to an engaging and approachable CEO, safeguarding their schedules, and serving as a vital link between internal and external stakeholders. This demands impeccable organisational abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to anticipate needs effectively. Despite the manageable workload, maintaining composure when under pressure during peak periods is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Screening and triage of incoming correspondence, respond and action appropriately on behalf of CEO
  • Prepare letters, emails and documents
  • Manage complex and changing diaries
  • Minute meetings, collate agendas, coordinate follow up actions
  • Organise travel
  • Expense claims management
  • Assist with fee proposals, track business development opportunities and help produce information
  • Maintain confidence and confidentiality at all times

Skills and experience:

  • Diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
  • Able to adapt quickly and work proactively
  • Positive energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Can build rapport easily and add to internal culture
  • Reliable and hard-working, prepared to go the extra mile when needed
  • Excellent stakeholder / customer relationship management
  • Professional services experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Directors or Executives
  • Advanced MS Office and tech skills
