We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Distillery Warehouse Hand to join our growing team and assist with cask management. To be successful in this role, you will be driven and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.

Position available:

Distillery Warehouse Hand - Monday to Friday

Position Location:

Work is split evenly between our two warehouses in Kurnell and Banksmeadow.

Position Hourly Rate:

$27.83 – $30.36 per hour (based on experience)

+ Annual Bonus (based on performance)

You will be responsible for:

Using an Inventory Management System to locate barrels in warehouse / bond store

Taking samples from barrels of whisky

Moving barrels from warehouse to warehouse including loading / unloading trucks

Recording barrel locations in Inventory Management System

Executing work orders and recording outcomes exactly

Contributing to continuous improvement of warehousing process

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred (but not required)

Drivers licence and ability to gain forklift ticket (Archie Rose to cover costs)

Strong computer literacy

A positive and friendly attitude

Ability to work well alone or harmoniously in a team-based environment

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A high standard of punctuality, attendance, and personal hygiene.
