Role Overview:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. Your role will involve managing a range of administrative tasks, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. While Mandarin-speaking candidates will be given priority, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors from diverse backgrounds with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Provide information about our legal services and assist clients with their needs.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms for lawyers.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, prepare engagement letters and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support all staff with various office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a legal environment is highly valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
