The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in:

Driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities

Developing and executing tailored sales strategies

Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities

Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver sustainable results

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ business development experience within Australia, with a proven record of success

Strong networks and established relationships within your industry sector

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Highly driven, ambitious, and motivated to exceed KPIs and sales targets

Hunter mentality with the aspiration to progress into senior or management positions
