We are rapidly growing and are looking for an SMSF administration support person to join our team.
Providing our customers with a fantastic experience differentiates Grow from other accountants and SMSF providers. We do this by merging great technology with excellent service.
You will receive company-specific training. However, you will need experience in an administrative support or associate role in accounting, financial services, banking or legal space.
Key duties:
Monitoring incoming emails and live chat messages and routing to the correct team members;
Answering basic (non-technical) customer questions about our services;
Managing customer details in our CRM to ensure things are accurate and synchronised across multiple systems;
Establishment of new entities (companies, SMSFs and bare trusts) for customers following our tailored systems and processes;
ASIC maintenance and lodgements, including submitting common forms and answering customer questions on ASIC fees;
ATO maintenance, including updating details and checking payment details;
Skills and experience required:
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written;
Naturally happy and positive communicator;
Experience working in a support role in either accounting, financial services, finance, banking or legal;
Very comfortable working with technology, including the Google Apps Suite, Xero and other web-based apps and have a high awareness of cyber security principles;
Experience working with Xero, ASIC and ATO portals will be highly regarded;
Direct or adjacent SMSF experience will be highly regarded.

We work with sensitive customer information, so trust is paramount.
You will work in our admin team and receive job-specific training and support to get you up to speed with how we do things. This will include walkthroughs of our processes to gradually build your knowledge and confidence in how we do things and how it helps our customers.
Our business relies heavily on technology and has been 100% digital from day one, so no legacy systems or paper. Our customer support platform centralises all our email, live chat, and text message communication in one place, making it easier to support our customers efficiently. We have a bespoke portal for our customers and internal team covering workflow and tasks.
Opportunities for growth and career advancement are available, as we’re a fast-growing business with a competent team. Over the long term, this role could develop into a back-office management role or a sales and business development role.
The role will be a remote support role, and success will depend on your performance and ability to work unsupervised on completion of your training.
This role is full-time and aligns to Queensland, Australia business hours (9am – 5pm AEST).
