About the role

xTechs Renewables Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our industry-leading solar and battery storage solutions to residential and commercial customers. This opportunity allows rapid career development for the right fitting candidate.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery storage solutions

Conduct site assessments (where required) and provide detailed proposals outlining system specifications and cost-effective options

Educate customers on the benefits of solar and battery technology, and assist them in navigating the installation process

Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into sales, meeting or exceeding individual and team targets

Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial consultation to final system activation

Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of proven experience in solar and/or battery storage sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets. If you talk the talk, you must walk the walk.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a simple and engaging manner

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide customised solutions

Passion for renewable energy and a desire to contribute to the transition to a sustainable future

Relevant qualifications or certifications in solar, electrical or energy-related disciplines

A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
