Sales & Appointment Consultant – Leading Portrait Photography Studio (Melbourne)

We're looking for a driven and coachable Sales & Appointment Consultant to join our high-end portrait studio in Melbourne.

This is a sales role, focused on turning warm leads into booked portrait sessions. You'll be speaking with people who have already expressed interest and guiding them through a friendly, consultative conversation and helping them secure their session with a booking fee.

What You'll Be Doing

Calling and following up warm inbound leads (no cold calling).

Using proven frameworks to guide empathetic, persuasive conversations.

Booking clients into portrait sessions and taking their session fee payment confidently.

Recording accurate notes and updates in our CRM.

Training will be provided to ensure effective client record management.

Working closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Working flexible hours to accommodate client availability and business needs.

What We're Looking For

Highly coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn.

Confident communicator with a warm, engaging phone manner.

Driven to master the art of sales and human behaviour.

Organised and reliable, with strong follow-through.

Ideally based in Melbourne (on-site collaboration and training available).

A minimum of 6-12 months sales experience is required for this position.

Demonstrated experience in phone/telesales with a proven track record of converting leads through telephone conversations.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Being Melbourne-based is an essential requirement for this role.
