We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to represent Herowear in Victoria. This is a hands-on role that combines growing sales, product demonstrations, and client engagement with the backing of innovative workplace technologies.

About The Role
As the Sales Consultant for Herowear, you will:
- Meet clients face-to-face, demonstrate our products, and manage regional opportunities.
- Handle day-to-day sales, processing, admin, and demonstrations.
- Work closely with Directors and the BDM to help close deals.
- Manage and nurture existing leads, while building new client relationships.
- Use video and virtual tools for remote demonstrations and sales where appropriate.
- Operate independently while being part of a supportive, high-energy team.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and client-facing salesperson who thrives in blue collar industries (logistics, warehousing, transport). You will bring to the role and be:
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
- A self-starter, smart in managing regional sales and travel efficiently.
- Someone who can manage the full sales cycle, with backup from leadership to close larger deals.
