The Role:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the projects team and oversee the delivery of large-scale commercial builds ranging between $20m–$60m. You will play a critical role in managing projects across aged care, hospitals, and industrial developments driving them from concept to completion.

We are looking for a well-rounded PM with the ability to coordinate project start-up briefings, manage internal project delivery staff, and oversee the full site delivery lifecycle, including contracts, timelines, onsite services, MEP services, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal teams, site managers, foremen, building designers, principals, and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project delivery staff to achieve high standards of performance.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cash flow projections, and procurement.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards through regular site visits.
• Manage relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to achieve project milestones.
• Provide progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of the build, from initial planning through to handover.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on projects valued $20m+.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach, mentor, and build teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship-building capability.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in cost planning, reporting, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in project planning, scheduling, and delivery to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Hands-on, detail-focused approach with a commitment to quality outcomes.
