About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager / Engineer to join our dynamic team at Coral Air Conditioning Pty Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex HVAC and building services projects throughout Sydney and surrounding area's. With your exceptional project management skills and technical expertise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets

Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements

Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs

Provide technical expertise and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and practices

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in the HVAC or building services industry

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems, building services, and construction processes

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute complex project plans

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional project teams

Proficiency in project management software and tools
