Company's Summary:

We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a reputable commercial fitout contractor based in Neutral Bay, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial fitouts, looking to step into a leadership role on projects ranging up to $10M.

You’ll be responsible for full project lifecycle management – from mobilisation to handover – ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of multiple commercial fitout projects across Sydney and NSW.

Manage programs, budgets, quality, WHS compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Oversee subcontractor and consultant performance including scope, procurement, and variations.

Prepare and review claims, invoices, and forecasting reports.

Chair site and client meetings, ensuring consistent communication throughout the project.

Maintain and oversee project documentation (RFIs, variations, site diaries, close-out packs).

Mentor junior staff and coordinate with estimating and pre-construction teams as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial fitouts or similar project delivery roles.

Proven track record managing high-value commercial fitout projects.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong commercial acumen – including cost control, claims, and forecasting.

Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline.

White Card and full working rights in Australia.

NSW Driver’s License (preferred) and willingness to travel to sites.
