Silver Search is proudly partnering with a dynamic start-up GP group that’s expanding across multiple locations. We’re seeking a Full-Time Customer Service / Medical Receptionist to join their remote team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day clinic operations.

About the Role:
Working from home, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across several clinics. You’ll be responsible for managing patient bookings, handling enquiries, and assisting clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-clinic appointment bookings and patient communication
• Respond to phone and email enquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Support doctors and practice staff with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cliniko and MediRecords
• Prepare documentation and correspondence using Microsoft 365
• Contribute to improving systems and processes as the business grows

About You:

• Experience in a medical reception or customer service role in a medical setting
• Highly tech-savvy, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently from home
• Passionate about providing a high level of service and patient care
