THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. This pivotal role ensures amazing customer experiences, leads a dedicated team, and upholds the highest standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering exceptional customer relations and satisfaction.

Supervising, training, and motivating team members.

Ensuring compliance with current legislation, club policies, and health and safety standards.

Collaborating with the Venue Manager to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.

Driving business objectives while ensuring operational excellence.

This role demands strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
