What You’ll Do
Provide Level 2 technical support and assist with systems administration
Collaborate closely with teammates to solve problems and deliver great client experiences
Communicate regularly with clients to build trust and understand business needs
Support technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, VMware, Veeam, SentinelOne, Datto, Cisco, and Ubiquiti
Help shape our service approach with your feedback and initiative
Take ownership of assigned systems and projects with room for autonomy
What We’re Looking For
Strong technical background across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows environments
Excellent communication skills — confident with both technical explanations and client conversations
A collaborative approach that enhances team morale and efficiency
A growth mindset and interest in developing commercial and account management skills
A current Driver’s License
Microsoft certifications are an advantage
