We're introducing a modern, distributed IT support model across our 120 dental centres, combining the strength of local support with the reach of our offshore IT team.
We're looking for a personable and proactive Support Engineer to join our onshore team - based within easy travel distance of multiple centres in Sydney, Brisbane, or the Gold Coast.
This is a hands-on, field-based role providing onsite support across weekdays (Monday-Wednesday) and remote support on Saturdays and Sunday unless essential. You'll be the friendly face of IT, helping our centre teams keep technology running smoothly so they can focus on great patient care.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 2 technical support onsite and remotely
- Be the approachable, go-to tech support for centre staff
- Travel between multiple dental centres within your region (weekdays only)
- Set up and support devices, workstations, and remote access solutions
- Work flexibly between in-centre visits and home (we'll provide a WFH kit)
- Collaborate with a distributed IT team to troubleshoot efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years' experience in IT support (Level 2)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Customer-focused and service-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Confident working independently across multiple sites
- Reliable transport and valid driver's licence (km's reimbursed)
- Comfortable working both onsite and remotely
- Team player who takes pride in delivering great service
