In this role you will:

Manage and resolve customer incidents, problems and requests to required service level targets in a hands-on customer facing technical role

Ensuring that established Service Levels are maintained against pre-determined SLA’s

Provide the escalation point for functional teams for technical resolution of all related incidents and/or tasks

Liaise with customers to perform incident analysis and problem resolution management, to required service targets, defining and recommending solutions where no precedent solution is available.

Demonstrate strong communication skills ensuring that verbal and written responses when dealing with customers and other team members are relevant, clear, complete and logical

Key Skills and Experience

Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT environment with 2-3 years in a L2 or above role – Ideally in an MSP.

Strong experience in the following technologies: Azure technologies, Office365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Group and Local Policy Administration, Server Administration CORE requirement.

With exposure in Linux, Network Technologies, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Server Platforms, Microsoft Exchange, VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, SQL.

Demonstrated Router, Firewall, configuration and trouble shooting skills.

An understanding of VoIP, Teams voice technologies will be highly valued.

Experience in using PSA tools such as ConnectWise or Autotask.

RMM (Datto) configuration, interpretation skills a real advantage

As you will regularly travel to client premises, a Current Clean Australian Drivers Licence is ESSENTIAL
