Are you a talented and dedicated chef looking for an exciting opportunity to work in thriving family-owned hotels? The king hotel group is offering chef opportunities across our restaurant & function centre in Gilles Plains.

We are looking for candidates with:

A demonstrated passion and discipline for serving quality and simply delicious food

Proven experience as a team player

Minimum 2 years of a la carte kitchen experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards

Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent

Excellent verbal communication skills

Experience in prep work, deep frying, functions, grill, pan work, cold larder, and Pizza.

A high emphasis on food hygiene

Reliable means of transport.

Ability to work over a 7-day roster

Reliability.

Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
