We are a well-established sports apparel company based in Port Melbourne, that is passionate about providing great apparel solutions for sporting clubs throughout Victoria. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a results driven E-Commerce specialist to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of E-commerce operations. You will manage the day to day operations our Shopify based stores, coordinating new season product launches, new club stores whilst collaborating with our various teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain Shopify club stores, including product uploads, content updates and merchandising
· Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales and enhance customer engagement
· Coordinate digital launches for new collections, including scheduling, content and order windows
· Monitor and manage stock levels and coordinate with logistics and production for timely replenishment
· Produce social media and digital content tailored to each customers individual needs
· Provide monthly reporting to customers and internal stakeholders and contribute to regular analysis of customer service metrics
· Monitor and troubleshoot website functionality, ensuring seamless user experience
· Stay informed of E-commerce trends and best practices to continually improve strategy and execution
· Manage inbound customer calls and emails providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries
· Collaborating with Sales, Logistics and Marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met
About You
· Minimum 2-3 years' experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within the sports or fashion industry
· Strong knowledge of Shopify platform (including Shopify Plus) and data reporting tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)
· Creative thinker with attention to visual detail and brand consistency
· Experience creating or coordinating digital content for social media or email
· Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks
· Experience in working in a team environment. This role with require strong interaction with sales and logistics teams
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for website troubleshooting
· Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
· Must have the right to work in Australia
