We’re looking for an Executive Support & Administration Assistant who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be a key team player with strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and a drive for continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll support the Founding Partner and broader administration team across a variety of operational and administrative tasks. You’ll act as a liaison with key stakeholders and contribute to strategic initiatives in a collaborative, people-first environment.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar EA/PA role, ideally in financial or professional services
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organisational abilities
High attention to detail
A team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
Passion for supporting business and team success
What You’ll Do
Manage calendars and meeting schedules for senior leader
Coordinate workflows between the Executive and admin team
Support operational and strategic projects
Contribute to a supportive, positive, and high-performing culture
