Canham Gardening & Maintenance is a growing, family-owned business delivering high-quality gardening and strata maintenance across Sydney. We’re known for being reliable, professional, and easy to work with — and we’re looking for more great people to join our team.

We have casual, part-time, and full-time positions available, with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

What you'll be doing:

Lawn mowing, edging and whipper-snipping

Hedge trimming and pruning

Soft landscaping and planting

Weed control and basic plant care

Garden clean-ups and presentation work

Working across residential, commercial, and strata sites

What we’re looking for:

Experience in garden maintenance

A current driver’s licence (required)

Someone physically fit and happy working outdoors

Good attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable, well-presented, and able to follow instructions

What we offer:

$30–$40/hr for casual roles (based on experience)

$60–$75K/year for full-time roles
