About the role

Murrumbateman Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role may be casual, part-time or full-time role, depending on the successful applicant's availability.

What you'll be doing

Working collaboratively with an exceptional team of highly motivated educators.

Delivering an engaging educational program for children aged 3-5 years

Demonstrating innovative teaching strategies to foster children's learning and development

Observing and assessing children's progress, adapting programs to meet individual needs

Maintaining a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Collaborating with families and the wider community to support children's wellbeing

Complying with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education

Registered or eligible for registration as an Early Childhood Teacher

Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning programs

Strong understanding of early childhood development and pedagogical best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

Commitment to ongoing professional development
