About the role

As an HVAC Project Manager at GPAC Air, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects up to around $3M predominately based in the CBD.

This is a full-time position with our office based in Kogarah. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution

Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Ensuring projects comply with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and managing client expectations

Collaborating with the wider business to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HVAC projects in the construction industry

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes

Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering or construction-related discipline is highly desirable
