About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple construction sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely delivery of projects. You’ll work closely with our Construction Manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities on low-rise and high-rise projects

Ensure all works comply with building codes, safety standards, and contract specifications

Deliver projects on time and on budget

Manage subcontractors, materials, and timelines efficiently

Conduct quality assurance inspections and maintain detailed site records

Report progress to management and liaise with clients where required

About You

QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)

Proven experience supervising low-rise and/or high-rise residential projects

Basic to moderate computer skills required

Strong knowledge of QLD Building Codes, WHS, and QA procedures

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to lead a team and maintain strong subcontractor relationships

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
