A leading residential investment home builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane's North and South sides, the company is known for delivering high-quality investment homes on time and on budget. Using streamlined systems and software, they focus on efficiency, compliance, and consistent build quality.

Position

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the construction of 10-20 detached residential homes, ensuring all projects are delivered to a high standard while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. The role will involve supervising multiple sites at varying stages of construction, coordinating trades, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality control. The successful candidate will use Onsite Companion software to manage scheduling, communication, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across 10-20 active residential sites

Manage construction schedules to ensure timely completion of homes

Supervise and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople

Conduct regular site inspections and maintain strict quality and safety standards

Use Onsite Companion to manage project tracking, documentation, and communication

Report progress and issues to senior management in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and internal policies

Address and resolve construction issues efficiently and proactively

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential construction sector

Experience with investment housing projects is highly regarded

Proven ability to manage multiple jobs across different locations simultaneously

Sound knowledge of building codes, WHS legislation, and construction practices

Competency with Onsite Companion or similar project management software

Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence and valid Driver's Licence required
