The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on site - ensuring safety, quality, and project delivery standards are met. You'll lead by example, drive productivity, and be the vital link between management and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities

What You'll Bring

Current White Card and Site Supervisor Licence (QLD)

Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction (or equivalent)

Proven background supervising construction sites or fit-out/refurbishment projects

Solid understanding of construction codes, WHS, and best practices

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to fast-paced project environments and motivate teams
