The Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering approximately 40-60 small projects per year mainly across new residential unit construction. Projects usually run from 2-6 weeks with a value of $100k to $400k. Main duties will include:

• Sales to PM handover ensuring order confirmation from the client, materials ordered from the factory and delivery details of materials to site in place.
• Manage team of contractors to ensure installation teams maintain approved site programs
• Ensure all projects documents and reports are complete and accurate including all safety and injury reports, progressive reports, manpower charts, contract records and site diaries
• Set all objectives and priorities, assign and review tasks, staffing requirements and maintain resource plan

The Requirements

• Previous experience running sub-contractor projects either as a Project Manager, Engineer or Site Manager
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong project management software skills
• Previous experience running teams of contractors
