About the Role
We are seeking a Loan Administrator to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, methodical, and a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in loan processing or similar is beneficial but not essential.

Your Responsibilities
Client & Broker Support

Assist mortgage brokers in preparing and gathering documentation for loan submissions

Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding application progress and requirements

Answer general client inquiries and ensure exceptional service throughout the loan process

Lender Coordination

Liaise with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to monitor application status

Submit completed applications via lender portals and CRMs

Follow up on outstanding conditions and additional lender requirements

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all documents meet lender and regulatory requirements

Review client files for accuracy and completeness

Prepare compliance paperwork and disclosures in line with company policies

Administrative Duties

Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records

Schedule meetings and manage calendars for brokers

Organize digital and physical filing systems for efficient access and audit readiness

Team Collaboration

Work closely with brokers, processors, and admin staff to ensure smooth workflow

Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance client experience and internal processes
