What You’ll Be Doing

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to uncover their financial goals and deliver tailored mortgage solutions

Guiding clients through the end-to-end mortgage process, from application to settlement, ensuring a seamless experience

Working closely with lenders and industry partners to secure the best possible outcomes for your clients

Staying sharp on industry changes, products, and regulations to give your clients the edge

Playing an active role in growing Harrow & Co. through referrals, cross-selling, and your ability to deliver results

What We’re Looking For

1+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar financial services role

Solid knowledge of mortgage products, markets, and regulations

Proven track record of hitting targets while delivering outstanding customer service

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to work with clients and lenders alike

Comfortable using mortgage software and CRM systems

Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent qualification)

Experience in asset or commercial highly regarded

University educated highly regarded
