Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead on all property maintenance matters
• Coordinate and action maintenance requests from Property Managers
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and trades to ensure timely and effective solutions
• Request and manage quotes
• Issue and follow up on work orders
• Monitor progress and close off completed jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve any ongoing or urgent maintenance issues

About You

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in real estate with a strong understanding of Property Management
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Holds a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Confident working across multiple priorities and deadlines
