A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Coordinator to join a well-established high performing real estate agency in Brisbane's Inner City Suburbs. With a strong focus on team culture and work-life balance, this agency values its people and fosters a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on all property maintenance matters
- Coordinate and action maintenance requests from Property Managers
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and trades to ensure timely and effective solutions
- Request and manage quotes
- Issue and follow up on work orders
- Monitor progress and close off completed jobs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ongoing or urgent maintenance issues
About You
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in real estate with a strong understanding of Property Management
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Holds a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Confident working across multiple priorities and deadlines
