Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Workshop Manager in leading and managing the workshop team

Promote a positive, proactive attitude and take full ownership of your role

Help achieve business targets and drive continuous improvement

Efficiently solve problems and manage workflow

Oversee and participate in powder coating and spec painting projects

Train and mentor workshop staff as needed

Assist with pricing and quoting incoming work

Handle administrative tasks and maintain client communication

Step in to assist with painting and coating when required

Ensure strict adherence to our Quality Assurance processes

Required Experience & Skills

Proven leadership and team management experience

Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach

Strong problem-solving and target-driven mindset

Hands-on experience in powder coating (this will be beneficial but is not essential)

Experience in spec and industrial spray painting

Ability to train and develop team members

Knowledge of pricing and costing work

High skill level in industrial spray painting and coating techniques
