About our Centre

Global Explorers Early Learning is a small service located on Sydney Northern Beaches. It is easily accessible and offers quality education and care to diverse families. We always put children first!

Our team is dedicated and experienced; most of our Educators have been working at the centre for a long time. They are passionate about Early Childhood Education and have strong relationships with children and families.

Our centre has developed a dynamic educational program over the last two years, and we pride ourselves in providing an inclusive learning environment, where flexibility is key.

Duties include:

Ensure children’s health and safety at all times, as per Education and Care Services National Regulations,

Manage day-to-day operations of the centre and keep compliance documentation up-to-date,

Respond to staff requests and lead the team effectively to continuously improve,

Build trustworthy relationships with our families and the wider community,

Support the development of our educational program and work collaboratively with our Educational Leader,

Collaborate actively with hands-on Approved Provider,

Support the overall growth of the company.

You are a good candidate if

Children's safety is your priority,

You are passionate about young children’s growth,

You are a caring and dynamic leader,

You have a good knowledge of Laws and Regulations for Early Childhood,

You have an extensive experience working with young children (0-6),

You have experience managing a centre,

You are dynamic and embrace any challenge diligently and calmly,

You have strong communication and time management skills,

You are rigorous and continuous improvement is part of your work ethic.

Job requirements

Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or above),

Clear police check, current WWCC and child protection training,

First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates,

Food safety supervisor certificate
