We’re delivering for the environment, for our communities, for our customers and for our people. We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.

Full-Time Permanent Opportunity

Monday- Friday PM Shift 2pm- 10pm

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on and people-first Operations Supervisor to join our Star Track Express Operations Road team. As a key leader on the ground, you'll play a critical role in guiding our Operations staff— ensuring safety, service, and performance are delivered like never before. Your leadership will help drive success in one of Australia’s most trusted and dynamic delivery networks.

What you’ll deliver with us

Reporting to the PM Duty Manager, you'll manage and support a team of Operations Staff , overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our performance standards, safety KPIs, and customer commitments are consistently met. Your success will be defined by the way you build trust, drive outcomes, and keep your team motivated and compliant.

You’ll also:
* Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full WHS compliance
* Manage daily operations including staff rosters, leave, and T&A
* Coach, develop, and support your team to meet performance goals

About you

You’re a proactive, approachable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. With a passion for safety and a focus on people, you know how to lead by example and create a culture of accountability and care.

You’ll also need:
* Supervisory experience in a blue-collar or logistics environment
* A strong understanding of WHS and operational compliance
* Experience in managing teams, performance, and conflict resolution

How we’ll deliver for you
* A supportive and inclusive leadership team who values your ideas
* Access to development opportunities across the Australia Post Group
* Be part of a purpose-driven organisation that connects communities
