Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
• Assist with procurement and purchasing of materials and supplies
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

About You:

• Previous experience in sales administration, internal sales, or customer service within a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Experience with SAP (highly desirable)
