The role
This position leads the transition of finance activities into a central team, focusing on maintaining stability while improving how finance operates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of finance activities from regional teams into a central shared service centre, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption
• Partner with senior stakeholders across regions to plan, manage, and execute each stage of the transition process
• Oversee the standardisation of finance processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across teams
• Ensure strong governance, clear ownership, and effective communication throughout the transformation
• Manage knowledge transfer to build capability within the shared service centre for long-term success
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within a global organisation

About you
You’re an experienced Shared Services Manager (who has set up a process from scratch) or a Finance Transformation Specialist with strong experience in shared service environments. You understand core finance processes end to end, can engage confidently with both accountants and senior stakeholders, and excel at turning complexity into clarity.

Experience within a global SSC is highly regarded.
