THE OPPORTUNITY
This newly created role will report into the Head of Financial Control and will manage team of 7-8, with 3-4 of those roles sitting in the offshore team.
Your focus will be to:
•Manage AP and AR functions, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and payments through SLA and KPI setting for the team
•Identify and resolve issues, prioritising urgent and escalated matters
•Monitor and report service delivery levels, initiating corrective actions as needed
•Provide day-to-day leadership to the Shared Services team (onshore and nearshore)
•Allocate and oversee tasks assigned to the team
•Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives involving system development and process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery
•Support Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation
•Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and controls.
•Manage corporate credit card administration
•Engage directly with external suppliers and customers to resolve issues while maintaining positive business relationships.

A BIT ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a proven Shared Services Manager with prior P2P & accounts payable management experience in a medium-large sized business.
We are looking for someone with proven experience managing complex & varied billing processes across diverse business units and service offerings.
You will have managed sizeable teams and will be comfortable driving process change & uplift across the business.
