Our exciting, established FinTech client is on a real growth path with their in-demand finance solutions which are Software as a Service (SaaS) products for business. As part of an ASX 300 listed software company, they have the benefits of both worlds, being a small team of 10 people locally, but part of a larger company with offices in Sydney, North America, the UK, Eastern Europe, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong, with career prospects in these areas as well.

Due to continuous, steady growth, we are looking for two super-star entry level Sales Development Reps for a unique role that will entail prospecting and qualifying leads, making phone calls, participating in webinars and events and following up email campaigns with the aim of securing a software demo for the Sales Executive who will then take over and close the sale. They are seeking a bright and highly motivated individual who is keen to learn and grow their career in this exciting SaaS space and who will be comfortable with cold calling and making around 50 calls per day. Please note, this is a Sunshine Coast-based role as there will be team interaction three days per week in the office. They work in the office Monday through Wednesday and from home on Thursday and Friday.

Background/Ideal Candidate

This is an exciting and diverse role. They need someone who is a fairly autonomous self-starter, has excellent communications skills, both written and verbal and outstanding customer service. Ideally you have some prior sales experience, are a true people person and solid team player. You are positive, curious, love to learn and can take direction and run with it. This role would also suit a Sales Development Rep who is ready for a fast-track to a Sales Executive role but has limited career prospects where they currently work.
